Can I add my videos to my website?

Yes. You can simply type your video link into the text on any page of your website, or code your video link into a graphic image, like a button or banner. And if you do not know how to do this yourself, simply give your video links to the person who maintains your website to do it for you.


Can I use these videos if I don't have a website?

Yes. You do not need a website to use your WebPrez videos for two reasons: 1) each video is itself a one page website; and 2) you also get your own Financial Solutions video website featuring ALL your videos on one page.


Can I rename my video links?

No. However, you can "mask" your video links by redirecting your own web address or domain (like: yourname.com) or sub domain (like: yourname.com/video) to any of your WebPrez videos. It's called "domain forwarding".

If you already have a website or web address (domain) you can ask the company who hosts your website to create specific "sub domains" for each video and forward or redirect those domains to your WebPrez videos.

If you don't already have a web address or domain, you can register one for as little as $9 a year at GoDaddy, Yahoo, or Network Solutions. Specific "Domain Forwarding" instructions for each of the three largest domain registrars:


Can I copy my videos onto CDs?

No. WebPrez videos cannot be copied, and are not available on CD... simply because Flash files degrade when copied onto CDs or DVDs. The technologies are not compatible.

What's more, CDs are expensive and inefficient. CDs with labels and packaging can cost as much as $2 each, in addition to the cost of mailing them out to people. And a CD can't tell you when someone watches your video either. So if you want a way to "handout" your videos, we recommend instead, that you print the proposition statement (title of video) and your video link onto business cards or post cards. Then your clients or prospects can simply type the link into the web address bar of any computer with an internet connection. This gives them something tangible to hold onto, and sends you their name and email address whenever they watch one of your videos.


Can I remove the view capture form from my videos?

Yes you can.  Just click on "Custom Player Settings" in the right side navigation bar on your WebPrez video dashboard.  Then just toggle the "on/off" switch under View Capture Form.

Can I add a phone number field to the view capture form?

At this time, you cannot add any additional fields to the view capture form. However, this may be something we make available at a later date.


Can I attach an auto responder to my videos?

At this time, you cannot automatically transfer data from your view capture or email response form directly to an auto responder or database marketing system.However, this may be something we make available at a later date.


Can I play my videos without an internet connection?

Yes. Simply sign in to your Video Dashboard on the WebPrez website, click on Laptop Download link in the right-hand sidebar, and follow the setup instructions. A WebPrez video icon will be installed on your computer screen, and whenever you want to show someone your videos without an internet connection, you can simply click on that icon, and it will bring up all your videos.


Can I add more videos to my subscription?

Yes. Simply sign in to your Video Dashboard, and click on "Preview, Add or Exchange Videos". Then check the boxes of the videos you'd like to add, approve any additional fee, and hit submit. Your new videos will be added and activated immediately.


Can I exchange one video for another?

Yes. Simply sign in to your Video Dashboard, and click on "Preview, Add or Exchange Videos". Then check the box of the video you want, uncheck the box of the video you replace, and hit submit. However, remember that the videos you replace will be immediately deactivated and will not be viewable by anyone who has your old link.


Can I change my phone number, email address or business description on my videos?

Yes. Simply sign in to your Video Dashboard on the WebPrez website, using the email address and password you chose when you set up your account. Then click on "Change Contact Information or Business Description", and make whatever changes you want. Then hit submit, and the changes will display in your videos immediately.


Can I cancel or suspend my subscription?

Simply sign in to your Video Dashboard, and click on "Cancel or Suspend My Subscription". Your monthly payments will cease immediately, and your videos will be deactivated at the end of your current monthly term.


Can I keep the videos on my laptop disk drive if I cancel my subscription?

No. The program that maintains the WebPrez videos on your laptop will automatically deactivate them when your subscription is suspended or canceled.


Can I reactivate my videos after my subscription has been suspended?

Yes. simply sign in to your Video Dashboard, and click on "Reactivate My Subscription". It will ask you to update your payment information, authorize your monthly payment, and immediately reactivate your video links.


Can I submit my videos to our compliance department for approval?

Yes, of course.  However, these videos are probably exempt from any company's compliance review or approval, because they only present generic concepts, and do not reference, represent or recommend any specific product or company.
